SPANISH 1A/B
The purpose of this course is to develop a basic proficiency in communicating in the Spanish language. This is a year-long introduction to the basic elements of the Spanish language and culture. Students study major vocabulary categories and parts of speech. The course covers all four learning modalities: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
SPANISH 2A/B
For the second year, students review the basic elements of Spanish grammar and expand their communicative abilities by acquiring a higher functional level vocabulary acquisition. The course covers all four learning modalities: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Blended Approach: Students need to earn 75 points to complete each semester. Points are added from the work students complete in class and the work they complete in Edgenuity. Attendance is mandatory.
